- The virtual guide accompanies the visitor whilst using the content. The visitor can choose from many languages. i-muse has extra accessibility functions such as subtitles and icon reading.
- Visitor can chose between different paths (for adults, for children...); contents are divided into sections (main, secondary...), so visitors can choose the level of detail they prefer.

- The system is reliable: it was tested on more than 100 visitors in our first installation. i-muse doesn’t need a specialized environment to work in. It works both indoors and outdoors. It can also be a source of statistics.
- The solution is flexible because you can choose a complete installation (hardware and software) or a minimal one (only software). It is possible to have i-muse Creator (Content Management System) to create contents independently.
- The platform is as extensible as your want: for example, you can add it to a web site in which visitors can plan the tour at home, or they can receive their favorite contents with an e-mail.
